SOMETHING SWEET

Being the sweet tooth that I am these are frequently made for indulgence. It's rather simple to make and open to any kind of ingredients.

The base is dates, fresh or dried, although I recommend if dried to soak them in water for 10 minutes prior, cocoa powder, coconut oil and vanilla. On top of that almonds, cia seeds, goji berries or anything, really, can be added to the mix. All ingredients are then combined in a food processing. Let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes before getting your hands dirty while rolling them into bite size balls and coat with coconut flakes. Best to keep cold.
